Take 5 minutes to complete as many weighted lunges as possible, with #50 / #35 dumbbells held in the front rack position

rest 3 minutes, then….

Complete the same number of burpees as lunge steps you completed for time.

  • example: 100 lunges = 100 burpees
  • score is number of burpees & your time (including lunges & rest)
