Spend 10 minutes reviewing proper snatch form, then:

Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Hang Snatch + Snatch
Start at 60% and build as form and power allows.

Only increase weight if you are using proper form (no pressing out at the top)

*Choose a weight that allows you to catch in a full squat – only count your reps that are. You MUST CATCH in a full squat to be Rx’d ¬†– anything else is a modification.
