Getting Started

I’m ready to get started, what do I do now?

It’s really easy to get started!! No matter your fitness level or background, all that is necessary to start is an open mind and a commitment to the program.

1. Come try a class! 

Saturdays are a great class for beginners to attend. They are less technical than regular days, but you’ll still get a great workout and get a feel for our coaching style, atmosphere & our awesome CrossFit community!

2. Sign up for Foundations!

Check the home page of our website (the big blue box that says FOUNDATIONS, right under the video) or contact us to see when the next available FOUNDATIONS course is. These classes will get you familiar with the movements we teach in the daily workouts.  All 3 classes are required before coming to regular CrossFit classes. Foundations are taught in a small group and are typically 60-90 minutes long.

If you cannot make it to any the regularly scheduled classes you will need to make arrangements for a private session for $25 each.

3. Pay a $50 deposit to hold your spot!

The $50 will be put toward your FOUNDATIONS course. The cost of foundations is $100. Click here for pricing information.
