The FIRST CrossFit Games workout for 2014 will be released at 6pm. We will be at the gym if you want to come to class early & be there for the big reveal!! The WOD at 6:30pm will be the CFG WOD. Check the schedule to see when the best time for you to do it will be. Remember, you can do it as many times as you like, but be smart about it and if you plan to do it more than once make sure you give yourself time to recover fully before throwing it down again. Let the games begin!!
