// today is the first day of our 6 week strength program. we will be working olympic lifs [clean & jerk and snatch] on mondays and thursdays. we will work power lifts [back squat, front squat, deadlift, press] as well as gymnastic skills on tuesdays and fridays. wednesday night class will be a makeup day where you can come in and make up the lifting / wods you missed. here’s to a stronger 2014!! //
