    I did the same as you Ryan, finished 10 rounds at 21:00, which wasn’t quite enough, but then slowed way down the last 5 rounds.

    Feeling like I need a day off. Normal life, I usually took Wed and the weekend off but due to boredom, sanity, etc I have been working out everyday except Sunday. How do I manage that?? Probably just modify right? I felt tired today.

    McCall , it was so hard to maintain a pace and finish those last 5 rounds. I did not want to do it!! Yuk!!
