tempo deadlift / 5 x 6-8 @ 5031

that means from the top of the deadlift, you take 5 seconds to lower to the ground. 0 seconds on the ground. 3 seconds to stand up. 1 second to rest at the top.

If 6 is easy, do 8. Increase weight as you can.

You can use whatever type of weight you have!!

50 dumbbell deadlifts
50 AbMat sit-ups
50 box step-ups
50 single-arm dumbbell thrusters

Time cap: 20 minutes

    No dumbbells so I did #85 deadlifts and #35 thrusters with a barbell.
